Return / Exchange Policy

W/R/F does not accept returns and/or exchanges.

As all W/R/F pieces are handmade, subtle imperfections are celebrated as part of our aesthetic. Please carefully review our Quality & Consistency information before placing your order.

Damage / Breakage

Within 7 days of receiving your goods, report breakage or incorrectly delivered items to info@wrflab.com. If pieces have broken during shipment, include a photograph of ALL broken pieces in the e-mail. Retain all packaging materials including the box. These materials are required for inspection of a damage claim. Broken items will be credited to the purchasing account unless a refund is requested. Credit/refunds will not be issued without the original packaging materials and a photograph of the broken items.

Order Fulfillment Time

Within 2 business days of receiving an order, we will check stock and give you an estimate for the production and shipping of your order. Orders typically take 4-8 weeks to complete. Production and shipping time frame varies based on available stock and order size. Once orders are ready for shipping, you will be informed by email with a tracking number.

Product Quality & Consistency

Due to the handmade nature of W/R/F products, colors and sizes vary between production batches. These include variations in the materials as well as the making processes. Please visit our Quality & Consistency page for details.

Product Safety & Care

W/R/F ceramic products are microwave and dishwasher safe. They are not oven safe.

Light colored glazes may show cutlery marks over time. These marks can be removed by scrubbing the surface with scouring powder such as baking soda and/or Bar Keeper's Friend using a damp, soft cloth.
